Your challenge

  • Support a Relationship Manager in all organizational matters efficiently and actively

  • Intensive support Relationship M anagers by conducting KYC file reviews for existing clients and writing KYC profiles for potential new clients (prospects).

  • Stay in close contact with our clients (by phone or e-mail) and answer their questions with regard to their banking relationship

  • Take care of various customer clarifications, investigations and tasks within the team and various internal departments

  • Be responsible for various administrative tasks (create statistics, write bulk mails, take care of mailing campaigns etc.)

Your profile

  • working experience in the banking environment

  • Proactive approach and ability to set priorities and to work independently

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics

  • Outstanding organizational skills as well as a very efficient and precise work approach

  • High motivation, willingness to learn, and a flexible team player

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service orientation towards our clients

  • Good communication skills and enjoying talking to the clients by phone

  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel), knowledge of Avaloq and Compliance Suite is an advantage

  • Excellent in English, fluent in Russian as well as good language skills in German (written and spoken)
