Your challenge

  • Close and active collaboration with the Investment and Selection Committee, Portfolio Management strategy owners and Fund Research.
  • Monthly production of the Tactical Asset Allocations (TAA) and domicile-specific model portfolios (> 2’000) based on the Investment Committee decisions (Portfolio Management Europe).
  • Involvement in the yearly SAA Redesign process and sourcing into various systems.
  • Analyzing and validating client restrictions and proposing implementations to the PM client team.
  • Centrally maintain client instructions and produce client-specific allocations (SAA, TAA) as well as model portfolios.
  • Comply to PM directives, sustainability framework and asset suitability (tax and legal) during the entire construction process.
  • Acting as Local Topic Owner (LTO) for the Model Portfolio Tool (T-SQL, C#, VBA) and process.
  • Responsibility of set-up and maintenance of Bloomberg Enterprise and MSCI Barra to ensure the delivery of accurate performance and risk figures.
  • Run Portfolio Management related projects and ad-hoc requests.

Your profile

  • University or technical college degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in portfolio management and financial markets, including multi-asset class and multi-currency investment products.
  • Sound knowledge in programming languages and data bases: T-SQL, VBA and Power BI. C# and Python are a plus.
  • Experience with Bloomberg Port Enterprise and MSCI Barra. Avaloq is advantageous.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, team orientation, high quality standards, process-oriented thinking, resilience, a strong sense of responsibility, and pragmatic implementation skills.
