As a Corporate Action Income Officer, you will:

  • Process tasks in the area of shareholder services, including registration and deregistration in the share register, proxy voting, and more.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely execution of corporate actions, particularly regarding interest, dividends, and repayments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal customers and custodian banks worldwide.
  • Represent the team in various process improvement projects and support IT with system adjustments if interested.

  • Possess numerical understanding and process affinity as well as analytical and interconnected thinking.
  • Have an independent and responsible working style.
  • Exhibit a strong team spirit and willingness to help.
  • Have good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
