Together with an experienced and motivated team, you will work in LGT 1st Level Support. You will be responsible for providing customer-oriented and efficient support via telephone and remotely in our multilingual environment. You will receive, analyze and solve user problems directly. Your tasks will include documenting solutions as well as creating and updating documentation.
