In your future role as a Finance Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to the following areas:
Rotation amongst the various pillars of the APAC Finance organisation, including Strategy and Planning, Accounting and Controlling, Tax Advisory and Governance, Regulatory Reporting, and Performance Management.
Hands-on execution of day-to-day tasks including implementation of projects.
Opportunity for a short-term secondment to a country within APAC.
Initiatives to enhance the use of Data analytics.
Participation in streamlining, optimisation, and automation of Finance processes.
A very good bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Business or related discipline (degree within the last 12 months)
Analytical and numerate, with a keen interest in data analytics
Solution focused and highly innovative
Ability to work in a team and willingness to go beyond the usual level of commitment
Identification with LGT and its values
Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT
