Your challenge

We are looking for a motivated, competent, and enthusiastic HR Business Manager 80-100% (f/m/d) who will undertake the following tasks:

 

  • Prepare analyses and presentations for the Group HR Head and senior management
  • Manage and participate in various HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global strategies.
  • Liaise with global stakeholders and manage communications within HR and with business units such as Marketing, Controlling etc.
  • Coordinate and support the preparation and follow-up of HR-related meetings and workshops
  • Support the development, controlling, and reporting of HR budgets and KPIs.
  • Assist the Group HR Head in daily operations and strategic initiatives

Your profile

For this responsible position, you bring the following profile:

 

  • Completed studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional experience in HR and/or project management, preferably in an international setting
  • Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in German and English
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare comprehensive presentations and reports
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally to Zurich or Bendern (Liechtenstein)
