Your challenge

  • Preparation and creation of analyses and presentations for Head HR Europe and senior management
  • Management of and participation in various HR projects at local and European level, from project planning to implementation
  • Liaising and interacting with key stakeholders within the HR department and with the various business units in the countries
  • Coordinating, preparing and following up on HR-related meetings and workshops
  • Developing, monitoring and reporting on HR budgets and KPIs
  • Supporting the Head of HR Europe in day-to-day business and strategic initiatives

Your profile

  • Degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Professional experience in HR and/or project management, preferably in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to create targeted presentations and reports
  • Organisational and stakeholder management skills with a proactive approach to solutions
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally to Zurich or Bendern (Liechtenstein)
