Social media

• Support for the group social media manager in all matters
• Preparation and coordination of global paid social measures (LinkedIn, Meta), posting
• Holiday cover for the group social media manager after induction

Website 

• Support of the Group Product Owner Websites with website requirements
• Receiving and qualifying business requirements from various stakeholders
• Processing business requirements/change requests in Jira tickets
• Adherence to and clarification of regulatory requirements (compliance, GDPR, IT security)
• Quality management, testing
• Stakeholder communication
• Involvement in various website projects

• Degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in the fields of business administration, marketing, digital business or similar
• Basic knowledge of website management and content management systems as well as web technologies is an advantage
• Understanding of and practical user knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with complex issues and understand interrelationships
• High willingness to learn, affinity for data and technologies
• Team player with the ability to work independently and accurately
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
