Your challenge

  • Central role in the 2nd Line of Defence: You will work on all risk and security topics with a focus on operational risk and the Internal Control System (ICS).
  • Regulatory requirements: You support the identification and implementation of regulatory requirements as well as internal standards and directives of LGT Group.
  • Process and guideline review: You will review relevant risk & security processes as well as internal guidelines and assist with corresponding projects.
  • Controls and audits: You carry out IT security controls and regular audits or coordinate their compliance and implementation.
  • Communication and collaboration: You maintain regular dialogue with the LGT Group and national contacts, particularly on cyber and IT security topics.
  • Evaluating enquiries: you analyse and evaluate Risk & Security-related enquiries.
  • Contact point for security enquiries: you are also the central point of contact for local employees with IT security and cyber security enquiries.
  • Training and awareness: you will provide ongoing training to ensure risk & security awareness.
  • Reporting: You support the preparation of risk & security reports for the Group and local management.

Your profile

  • Completed academic degree in the field of economics or business informatics: You have a degree in economics, ideally with an IT specialisation, or a relevant technical qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the financial services sector are a prerequisite, and you are also adept at identifying and managing operational risks.
  • Expertise in the assessment of risks, banking and IT processes as well as internal control mechanisms are a matter of course for you, and you are also characterised by excellent analytical skills.
  • Security expertise: You have knowledge of information and cyber security and resilience. You are motivated and willing to continuously develop your skills in this area.
  • Technical expertise: Experience and knowledge of IT and security architectures and corresponding systems are desirable, but not an absolute requirement.
  • Personal strengths: You are solution-orientated, work in a structured and independent manner, and you are characterised by your accuracy and ability to work in a team.


In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity and our social benefits, we offer you a salary for the position of € 75,000 per annum with the willingness to make a significant overpayment depending on your qualifications.
