Your challenge

The TDMV: Valuation and Marketdata team is primarily responsible for the valuation of all financial instruments within LGT Private Banking. These valuations are carried out by supplying prices from third-party providers and/or by applying valuation models.

Main tasks:

  • Ensuring the correct periodic (usually daily) valuation of financial instruments held by clients.

  • Evaluating and implementing suitable valuation models, methods and market data feeds for financial instruments without reliably traded prices, in collaboration with various stakeholders.

  • Developing valuation guidelines for new products and collaborating on projects.

  • Creating analyses and managing key performance indicators.

Your profile

  • Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in applied mathematics, physics or statistics

  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and their valuation.

  • Professional experience in trading, valuation or risk teams.

  • Strong knowledge of data management and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of financial information systems such as Bloomberg, SIX Financial Information.

  • Basic knowledge of programming (SQL, Python etc.).

  • Fluent German and English

  • Customer and quality orientation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Avaloq knowledge of advantage
