Your challenge

  • Proactive and efficient support of the Relationship Managers (m/f/d) in day-to-day business and in providing holistic advice and support to high-end clientele with individual and standardised solutions
  • Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business including preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments
  • Independent assumption of organisational and administrative tasks to relieve the Relationship Manager (m/f/d)
  • Independent customer interaction (pending management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
  • Monitoring of maturities and investment instructions
  • Order entry, release of securities transactions as well as domestic and foreign payment transactions and processing of credit business
  • Optionally, there is the opportunity to work on internal projects

Your profile

  • Education with a commercial background (A-levels), higher specialised education in banking or business administration is an advantage (University degree)
  • Experience as an ssistant in the operational business of a bank is an advantage, as is knowledge of securities
  • Empathetic personality with a very high level of initiative, cultivated manners and very good communication skills
  • High motivation, precise and structured work, discretion and strong communication skills
  • Enjoyment and willingness to develop professionally and personally in a performance-orientated company
  • Ability to work in a team and customer-orientation
  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills

In addition to an extremely interesting field of activity, we offer you an attractive and success-orientated salary package. The salary we offer is significantly higher than the minimum gross salary of EUR 2,699.10 p.m. stipulated in the collective agreement for banks and bankers and is based on your qualifications and professional experience. In addition, we offer a performance-related bonus depending on results and behaviour.
