Your challenge

In your position as Quality Assurance Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet the desired standards of quality, functionality, security, and performance of our Portfolio Reporting solution. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Apply your knowledge of quality assurance methodologies 
  • Coordinate, plan, communicate and document QA and testing activities 
  • Take an active role in supporting test automation initiatives, to enable DevSecOps 
  • Track and manage defects discovered during the testing phase 
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and developers for requirement analysis 
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to facilitate continuous integration and deployment 
  • Oversee and improve product, service, and application performance by defining appropriate performance (non-functional) testing activities 

Your profile

Your profile demonstrates: 

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably with relevant certifications
  • Experience in banking area (with preference in client reporting or output management) 
  • Good understanding of JIRA and ability to construct clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough software testing 
  • Application of analytical thinking, good verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work in a team 
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and to foster a team-oriented growth culture 
  • Good command of both German and English is an advantage
