Your challenge

In this varied role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assuming local topic responsibility / business requirements for the CRM, Front Workbench, Instant Messaging and Investment Campaign Management tools and representing local interests within LGT Group
  • Coordination and operational implementation of local and Group-wide initiatives in the areas of private banking/distribution, digitalization, regulation & compliance and operations
  • Analysis, optimization, modeling and documentation of existing processes in Private Banking
  • Performing the interface function between customer service/sales departments, competence centers (Investment Advisory, Communication, Legal, Compliance, etc.) and IT
  • Specification of business requirements within projects and change requests

Your profile

  • Completed business and/or technical training with a focus on sales / IT or project management (e.g. PMA, Scrum, ...)
  • Proven experience as a business analyst/manager or product manager and basic knowledge of business process modeling
  • Knowledge of private banking and its typical workflows and processes is an advantage
  • Affinity for the practical implementation and solution of IT-related problems as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as an independent, proactive way of working and high self-motivation
  • Very good oral and written German and English skills
  • Knowledge of Avaloq would be a plus
