Under "Order statement" you can order an account statement or statement of assets for accounts or portfolios.
You can order account statements or statement of assets under "Profil" and then "Order statement". Depending on the statement type you want to order you have different options for example period, account, or portfolio. The ordered statement will then be delivered to your mailbox. However, it is not immediately available.
Depending on the location, different information is displayed on the dashboard.

The possibility to order a statement can be found in the profile under "Order statement":
1. Select the type of statement desired
Using the drop-down menu, select whether you wish to order an "Account statement" or a "Statement of assets".
1.1 Ordering an account statement
1.1.1 Under "Account" select one or more accounts and using the calendar function, define the desired period for which the statement is to be issued.
1.1.2 Now click on "Order". You will then receive the order confirmation that the statement will soon be available in your mailbox.
1.1.3 Click on "Go to mailbox" to go directly to the mailbox.
1.2 Ordering a statement of assets
1.2.1 Under "Portfolio" select one or more portfolios.
1.2.2 Define the following details for the statement:
Information: determine which information should be contained in the statement. Select between:
Standard version: using the drop-down menu, search for the desired “Information” such as positions, performance or historic performance.
Short version (contains positions and performance)
Period
Language
Reference currency: the reference currency of the portfolio selected is applied as the default setting.
1.2.3 Decide whether the name of the account holder should be indicated on the statement.
1.2.4 Now click on "Order". You will then receive the order confirmation that the statement will soon be available in your mailbox.
1.2.5 Click on "Go to mailbox" to go directly to the mailbox.
1.3 Ordering a statement of assets per client (consolidated)
Please note that this function is only available for bank clients with multiple portfolios.
1.3.1 Under "Bank client (consolidated)" select one or more clients.
1.3.2 Define the following details for the statement:
Information: determine which information should be contained in the statement. Select between:
Standard version: using the drop-down menu, search for the desired “Information” such as positions, performance or historic performance.
Short version (contains positions and performance)
Period
Language
Reference currency: the reference currency of the portfolio selected is applied as the default setting.
