Loan-to-value rate How can I display the loan-to-value rate?

Step 1

The loan-to-value rate can be displayed via the Portfoliobook for a single portfolio, a set of portfolios or all portfolios. In this example a single portfolio is selected. Select the desired portfolio with a left mouse click. It will then be marked in grey.
 

 A set of portfolios can be selected by pressing CTRL and then clicking on the desired portfolios.

Step 2

By clicking the right mouse button on the selected portfolio, the option "Reports - Credit" appears. By expanding "Reports - Credit" two further options appear. Please select "Credit collateral" to show the loan-to-value rates. 

Step 3

Finally, the loan-to-value rates for the selected portfolio are displayed in the column "LOAN-TO-VALUE RATE".

If you have selected a client portfolio for detailed analysis within the Portfolio section of LGT SmartBanking Pro, you can click on a portfolio in the left-hand navigation. 

Step 2

Expand the option "Reports – Credit" and select "Credit collateral" to show the loan-to-value rates. 

Step 3

Finally, the loan-to-value rates for the selected portfolio or the set of portfolios are displayed in the column "LOAN-TO-VALUE RATE".
