Your challenge

For us, agility means bringing together different disciplines such as IT, business experts and users in a team with a common product focus. Our goal is to create value across departments. The Value Management Office (VMO) plays a central role in this. Our agile coaches are part of this VMO and make a significant contribution to agile transformation and embedding agile thinking at LGT. Together, we are actively shaping the future and LGT's digitalisation strategy. You will work closely with all areas of IT, group functions, business units and learning & development.

Your tasks

Management of Digital Solution Portfolios (Value Management Officer)

  • Collaborating on the development and implementation of strategies to maximise the benefits of the Digital Solution Portfolios.
  • Ensuring that projects and initiatives are aligned with LGT's strategic goals.
  • Leading initiatives in the analysis & assessment phase, including creating the lean portfolio business case
  • Implementing methods to measure and analyse the benefits of projects within the portfolio.
  • Supporting the prioritisation of projects and resources based on expected benefits.
  • Monitoring and controlling the digital solution portfolio to optimise the use of resources.
  • Working with stakeholders to optimise digital solutions.
  • Create and present reports and analyses on portfolio performance.

Agile coach

  • Support new and existing agile teams in applying agile working methods and communicating agile values and principles.
  • Coaching employees to foster an agile mindset.
  • Conducting training and workshops on agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban and OKR.
  • Promoting continuous improvement and an agile mindset within the organisation.
  • Supporting the implementation and scaling of agile practices.
  • Ensuring adherence to agile principles through regular reviews and feedback loops.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

  • Experience in managing digital solution portfolios or comparable value management tasks.
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing value management strategies.
  • Ability to prioritise projects and resources based on value.
  • Experience working with various stakeholders to optimise the digital solution portfolio.
  • Proven experience as an agile coach, scrum master, product owner or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methods such as scrum, kanban and OKR.
  • Teaching skills and assertiveness.
  • Analytical, conceptual and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Motivation to combine an agile mindset and the specific LGT culture.
