Your challenge

What You Can Expect from Us:

  • Support Relationship Managers in Zurich and Asia in their daily client servicing tasks.
  • Serve as a deputy for RM/other ARMs during absences.
  • Manage administrative and legal/regulatory aspects related to client accounts.
  • Handle transactional tasks such as orders, trades, payments, and monitoring maturities.
  • Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) matters.
  • Address certain client inquiries and liaise with various specialists within the bank

Your profile

What We Expect from You:

  • Minimum of three years of experience as an ARM, Account Manager or Operations Manager in a Private Bank in Switzerland.
  • Customer management experience
  • Strong understanding of investment products and instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial industry and understanding of relevant Private Banking products and services
  • Familiarity with the Asian markets’ legal and regulatory environments
  • Profound understanding of diverse client portfolio in the APAC region
  • Thorough knowledge of Asian culture (deep awareness and strong affinity of the various Asian cultures)
  • Full professional proficiency in English; good written and spoken skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin, good written and spoken skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in Cantonese, good written and spoken skills.
  • Higher education preferred; knowledge of Avaloq is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both as a team member and independently.
  • Attitude for working under pressure while maintaining high service orientation towards clients.
