Your challenge

  • Betreuung der Personalkunden der LGT Bank (Schweiz) AG und der LGT (Middle East) Ltd. Dubai inkl. Eröffnung der Beziehung, Auskunftserteilung, Auftragsentgegennahme und -bearbeitung in den Bereichen Wertschriften, Devisen, Derivate und Zahlungsverkehr, Saldierungen
  • Betreuung der «special clients» wie bspw. gekündete oder kontaktlose Kundenbeziehungen inkl. Kontaktaufnahme, interne Abklärungen zu Positionen und Verfügbarkeit, Abwicklungen von Erbschaften in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Legal Department und/oder Compliance, inkl. damit verbundener Kontrollaufgaben und administrativer Tätigkeiten
  • Abwicklung von Bargeldtransaktionen und weiteren dem Kassabereich zugeordneten administrativen Arbeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitsabläufe im Rahmen der Stellvertretung im Team
  • Selbständige sowie speditive Erledigung und Verantwortung weiterer administrativer Aufgaben

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung, Erfahrung als Assistenz im Private Banking oder Retail Kundenberater/-in
  • Kenntnisse im Wertschriften-, Devisen und Derivatbereich
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Eigeninitiative und hohe Selbständigkeit
  • Exakte, lösungsorientierte sowie speditive Arbeitsweise
