Your challenge

  • Proactive support of team members in the development and expansion of our business with wealthy private clients
  • Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business including preparation and follow-up of client appointments
  • Independent customer interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.) as well as order acceptance and processing (in the areas of securities, foreign exchange and payment transactions) 
  • Collaboration in the organization and preparation of client events in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events 

Your profile

  • Completed banking training with several years of experience in retail banking 
  • Commitment and a very high level of initiative
  • High customer orientation and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
  • Very good knowledge of systems and IT 
  • Empathy and cultivated manners as well as very good communication skills 
  • Strong ability to work in a team
