Your challenge

Are you ready for a responsible challenge in a dynamic environment? As a team leader, you will be responsible for the success of our Operations & Pricing team and drive the further development of our processes. We are looking for a person with a passion for operations to take over the team leadership with the following main tasks:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 6 experts. Support the individual development of each team member and create a motivating working environment.
  • Together with your team, you will be responsible for the entire operational pricing / Cost & Charges from A to Z - from planning and implementation to monitoring with the necessary corrections, as well as for the further development of this area.
  • Due to the broad range of tasks, you and your team will also be responsible for other diverse tasks such as the administration of fund distribution agreements and paying agent agreements as well as for securities deliveries, registered shares, the derecognition of worthless securities and remuneration of netted customers.
  • Furthermore, the onboarding of asset managers and finders including the calculation of compensation as well as the monitoring of regulatory reporting (FinfraG, EMIR etc.) is part of the area of responsibility.
  • In close cooperation with experts from Legal, Compliance, IT and other Booking Centers, you will drive the further development of our processes. With your eye for detail and efficiency, you will always keep our area of responsibility up to date.
  • Your commitment is not limited to day-to-day business. You will be involved in cross-team conceptual tasks, whether in project collaboration or in digitalization projects.

Your profile

  • Banking apprenticeship and degree in business administration or banking with several years of professional experience in private banking or asset management
  • Several years of management experience in operations, preferably in operational pricing
  • A high degree of initiative and a structured way of working as well as analytical skills and networked thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working with the various interface functions.
  • Personality with a high level of service orientation, a passion for innovation and a willingness to help shape change processes.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
