Market view and Insights
LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to work with an established international mortgage lender in LGT, using your skills and experiences to support the continued growth of the LGT Crestone Mortgage offering to our clients.
You will partner with the Credit team as the Front Office face of the mortgage lending product and be responsible for educating the advisory function on how to position mortgage lending in an appropriate manner, ensuring compliant client engagement and delivery of value proposition as well as supporting product development in collaboration with Credit where needed.
We believe there is a unique opportunity in the marketplace for a mortgage lending offering dedicated to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients that is complementary to their investment objectives. We also believe that a prudently managed mortgage lending portfolio will materially contribute to the success of our wider business and the achievement of its long-term sustainable growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are degree qualified, ideally also having obtained an MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline. Accompanying this, you have extensive experience in residential mortgages, with deep knowledge of mortgage underwriting gained from a private banking business focusing on HNW and UHNW clients.
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills allow you to engage confidently with a range of stakeholders including senior management and executives, advisers, clients and colleagues across different delivery channels. You also have strong detail orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills, which give you the ability to see the bigger picture and understand how decisions impact the rest of the organisation
What’s in it For You?
Transparency is important to us. That is why you will find everything that matters to us on our website – plus everything you should know about us before you meet us in person, open an account or apply for a job. That includes, for example, the history of the Princely Family, which is closely intertwined with our own.
