Your challenge

As part of our RPA COE, you will automate exciting processes with real impact! For us, RPA is not just a superficial hype, but currently encompasses over 50 automated use cases that bring joy to our departments daily by relieving them of tedious repetitive tasks. Together with you, we want to grow and further enhance LGT's efficiency. In addition to an attractive working environment, you can expect team members who are passionate about the topic.   • Maintenance of existing bots and the RPA infrastructure
  • Further development and new development in cooperation with the business units and IT
  • Evaluation of new RPA processes based on a calculation of their economic viability and considering alternative solutions
  • Support in communication and marketing for the topic of RPA within LGT
  • Know-how transfer between LGT regions

Your profile

  • Proven experience with RPA software (+ 2 years) such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or alternatively in the field of test automation
  • Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (Python, Java, etc.)
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven analytical skills and conceptual thinking
  • Independent, goal- and result-oriented working style
  • Confidence in your competencies and communicative demeanor
  • Enthusiasm for proactively shaping a positive company impact through software
