Trainee Dealing Analyst London (GB)

Business Unit

The Dealing Team are responsible for the execution of all trades for LGT Wealth Management LLP (based in London, Bristol, Leeds, Birmingham & Edinburgh) and LGT Wealth Management (Jersey) Limited. Therefore the team are involved in a broad range of asset classes including: UK equities, international equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, exchange traded funds, unit trusts, hedge funds and foreign exchange.

Brief Role Objective:

Assist team with dealing off-exchange orders and rebalancing models via several platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Full training will be given on the below;

• Editing models and rebalancing for Model Portfolio Service
• Monitor Figaro Front Office trade blotters for EAM (External Asset Managers) trades
• EAM Platform Trading, incepting deals on various EAM provider platforms
• International Equity trade bookings in Figaro Back Office
• Reconciling Fixed income trades from broker confirmations
• Non-LGT EAM pricing in Figaro, contacting EAM providers for confirmations and valuations
• Review Daily Crest Checking Report
• Cover for Unit Trust trading and pricing
• General administrative tasks for the dealing team

IT:

• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products especially Excel
• Comprehensive knowledge of Figaro and external trading platforms – learn on the job
