Your challenge

  • Prepare and review reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive dynamics.
  • Coordinate and streamline inputs from various departments to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Support decision-making processes for different initiatives and projects compiling and analyzing relevant information.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, events and communication measures.
  • Support daily business tasks within the team, including coordination and administrative tasks.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Economics, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Banking.
  • Excellent command of English and German; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong client orientation with demonstrated conceptual, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of parallel tasks.
