As a Agile IT Business Analyst, you will work at the dynamic interface between banking and information technology. In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Analysis and solution design of tax solutions in Avaloq and specialised peripheral systems
• Assessment of newly submitted change requests from a business analysis and development perspective
• Coordination of cross-team tasks in the TAX area
• Analysing and evaluating business processes in connection with changes to IT systems and responsibility for implementing efficient processes
• Collaboration in projects (analysis, concept development, implementation, integration, testing and introduction)
• Conception of the solution design with regard to best practices
• Supporting the Product Owner and Scrum Master in planning the required resources, in particular in coordinating with internal and external IT service providers

• Higher technical education and training (business IT specialist, application developer)
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a business analyst in the TAX area
• Knowledge of scripting/programming and Oracle SQL an advantage
• Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking an advantage
• Flair for conceptual and analytical work (analysis, solution-orientated thinking)
• Fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills
• Experience in requirements analysis, process consulting and solution design
