Asset Transfers Analyst London (GB)

Brief Role Objective:

This role is initially  within the Settlements Team within Custody Services working on a special Allfunds re-structuring project. Once complete (approx Nov 2024) the candidate will move to the ISA & Asset Transfers team

The successful candidate would ideally have an understanding of Trade Settlements processes and Asset Transfers and have some exposure to other support activities such as Corporate actions and Treasury

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing external internal movements of stock between Allfunds depots and Figaro
• Assets transfers processing (both incoming and outgoing) of Crest, Allfunds, International and Unit Trusts
• Query resolution
• Ad-hoc issue and problem solving

Technical Requirements:

• IOC qualified an advantage but not essential
• Competent in all MS Office products - especially Excel
• Knowledge of FNZ’s Figaro system is desirable
• Knowledge of Allfunds
• Knowledge of ISA transfers, ISA Subscriptions, Flexible ISA’s, Additional Permitted Subscriptions and ISA Qualifying Investments would be beneficial
