Regulatory Disclosure and Reporting Officer 70-100% (f/m/d) Bendern (LI)

As a Regulatory Disclosure and Reporting Officer (entry also possible as a junior), you will make an important contribution to compliance with national and international laws and have the opportunity to build up specific knowledge that is in demand in the market.

In this position, you will be responsible for the following tasks

• Responding to regulatory disclosure requests (for example, where a listed company is legally entitled to know who its shareholders are).
• Taking over co-lead for this topic in due course and including corresponding further development and optimisation
• Monitoring of international securities reporting thresholds and disclosure when these are exceeded or not met
• Assisting with annual FATCA and QI reporting for compliance with US laws relating to tax rules for US citizen accounts abroad and income in US securities

The focus of this varied and challenging role is on the day-to-day business, which is constantly evolving. As a team, we rely on a committed and motivated employee who takes on responsibility and contributes their expertise, quality standards and innovative ideas to the day-to-day work as well as to the solution of problems and the further development of topics. You will work closely with Compliance, Legal and Operations at LGT companies in Europe and Asia and liaise with our custodians, investor relations agents and supervisory and tax authorities.

Your profile:

• Commercial training
• Professional experience in bank back office, regulatory reporting or compliance is an advantage
• Experience with the Avaloq core banking software is an advantage
• Flair for analysing legal texts and regulatory requirements
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programmes (especially Excel)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
