• Actively assume the Scrum Master role (50%) in the agile context (SAFe) of the Payment and Backoffice team
• Promote and support the team in applying and adhering to agile principles and practices
• Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to ensure the successful execution of Program Increment (PI) planning and other SAFe events
• Remove impediments for the team and enable self-organization
• Prepare and conduct/monitor the team's Scrum events (such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and the implementation of improvement measures
• Actively assume the Quality Assurance role (30-50%) in the Payment and Backoffice team
• Develop, implement, and apply quality management systems and processes of LGT in an agile environment
• Provide close support within the team to ensure product quality throughout the entire development cycle
• Conduct agile tests, including automated tests and regression tests
• Analyze and document quality issues and initiate corrective actions

• Higher education in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
• Certification as a SAFe Scrum Master or comparable certifications are advantageous
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in the IT industry or financial sector
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Experience in Quality Assurance is advantageous
• Good knowledge and experience in the areas of Payment, Settlement, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, ATM, and Card Transactions are advantageous
• Experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite and its application in the area of Payment and Backoffice is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation strength in German and English
• High level of initiative, responsibility, and independence
