Platform Engineer (Openshift / Kubernetes) 80-100% (f/m/d) Bendern (LI)

In the role of Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of our container platforms
• Working with the operations team to define technical lifecycles and procedures
• Automating recurring tasks to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Monitoring and updating Openshift and Azure Kubernetes service environments
• Provide operational support and perform root cause analysis

• Experience in monitoring support activities and using relevant metrics
• Knowledge of modern scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python)
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. GIT)
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
• Understanding of CI/CD practices for continuous integration and deployment
• Knowledge of Kubernetes routing and load balancing (e.g. Nginx)
• Confident handling of Linux systems
