Over the course of 18 months, you will get to know various business areas and build up comprehensive knowledge for your target function. You will not only expand your professional know-how, but also develop your social and personal skills through exciting seminars, such as the onboarding week in Liechtenstein, and exchanges with internal and external experts. A special highlight is the two-week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project. During your time as a graduate, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor who will support you in your professional and personal development. In line with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in a social project.
