• Lead the strategic design, implementation, and management of security solutions for our digital workplace, ensuring close alignment with modern architecture principles.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate security practices into the development lifecycle of digital workplace applications and services.
• Perform comprehensive security assessments, identifying potential risks and devising effective mitigation strategies
• Continuously monitor and analyze security events and incidents, responding swiftly to neutralize threats and minimize potential impacts.
• Establish and enforce rigorous security policies, standards, and procedures governing the use of technology within the digital workplace.
• Support security awareness initiatives through training and guidance to promote an enterprise-wide culture of cybersecurity
• Actively participate in incident response activities, lending expertise to investigations, containment efforts, and incident solving.
• Collaborating the engineering team to perform regular product security assessments and threat modelling.
• Liasing and collaboration with vendors to implement best-in-class security solutions
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior security team members, promoting skill development and the sharing of knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in IT security, emphasizing the security of digital workplaces and modern architectures.
• Profound understanding of contemporary IT architecture concepts, cloud technologies, and network protocols.
• Extensive expertise in security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, SIEM, and encryption.
• Familiarity with security tools and frameworks including Kubernetes, Docker, Zero Trust architecture, and identity and access management solutions.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automating security tasks is a definite plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a collaborative approach to working in an agile environment.
