Your challenge

As Compliance Officer for Sustainability Investments, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of monitoring and testing activities in the area of sustainability. This includes, in particular, compliance with product disclosure obligations and ensuring product suitability with regard to ESG issues:

  • Oversight and coordination of all compliance aspects of sustainability in the investment process for Private Banking at LGT Group
  • Drafting of Group minimum standards
  • Analyzing ESG data of products and services
  • Documentation of potential findings
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for senior management
  • Participation in bank-wide projects and initiatives, and interaction with other stakeholders, offering the chance to build a strong and sustainable network across the bank, effectively utilize your skills, and continually improve the control environment.

Your profile

You are a committed and qualified person who is characterized by the following skills and qualities:

  • A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in economics or law.
  • You have experience with sustainability issues in the financial sector.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have a sound understanding of investment products and services.
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
  • You are a real team player and enjoy working with others.
  • You can identify with LGT's values.
  • You are interested in working with us on a long-term basis.
