Your challenge

LGT Bank is a leading financial institution characterized by its growth and digitalization strategy. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project & Process Manager (f/m/d) to support us in the implementation of projects and the continuous analysis, optimization and documentation of our business processes.

  • Collaboration and management of process optimization projects and strategic projects (Client Time and Scalability Initiative & compliance projects). 
  • Evaluation and analysis of existing processes within the business units of LGT Banks Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein in preparation for optimization projects.
  • Support in the further development of methods in process and lean management, the organization of workshops and the maintenance of process documentation in cooperation with the business managers.

Your profile

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational education (banking apprenticeship or commercial apprenticeship) or relevant university degree (in a business or technical field).
  • Professional experience in project management and/or process management as well as in the financial sector.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Willingness to undergo further training in the areas of process or lean management.
  • A responsible personality with an empathetic communication style, analytical thinking, solution-oriented work and an independent, structured way of working.
  • Willingness to travel approx. 10%-20% of the time (mainly to Switzerland and Austria).
