• Building a client portfolio by acquiring EAMs with focus on Swiss German part of Switzerland

• Advising EAM clients proactively and supporting them in the realization of their entrepreneurial goals

• Proposing suitable solutions and handling transactions

• Continuous development and management of client portfolio including a pool of smaller EAMs

• Actively cooperate and exchange with internal specialists

• Ensuring compliance with regulations, guidelines and standards as a contribution to an effective risk culture

• Team player with experience of ten years or more in a similar position

• Dynamic profile with extensive network in the Swiss German EAM market

• Strong communication and representation skills with a cultivated appearance

• Higher education in finance and CWMA certification is a plus

• Proficient German and English language skills
