We act as a reliable and innovative IT partner for our demanding business. We are responsible to:

• ensure and optimize the operation of our systems
• collaborate with various stakeholders (business, business analysts, product owners, external suppliers, etc.)
• coordinate and plan software releases
• improve the platform and build a resilient environment, using on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• analyze and change interfaces from/to our core banking solution Avaloq
• act as the technology expert of the platform in the product team

In your role as the application manager for our private markets platform, you share responsibility with the whole team, acting as the senior technical person who understands the private markets business processes, managing test and production environments, ensuring SDLC and ITIL process governance and supporting the product owner in all queries around architecture of the solution.

For this exciting position we are looking for a personality with the following profile:

• Higher technical education and further training (business information systems, application development)
• Experience in application management (support & release processes), solution and problem solving attitude
• Knowledge in PL/SQL and Avaloq Core Banking solution (interfaces, exports)
• Flair for conceptual and analytical work (analysis, solution-oriented thinking)
• Good command of written and spoken English and German
• Practical experience and banking knowledge in investments and financial markets advantageous
• Team player and communicative, resilient personality with initiative, strength of implementation and high social competence
• Systematic, structured and independent way of working
