Payment Officer 80-100% (f/m/d) Bendern (LI)

In this position you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Processing and archiving of outgoing payment orders in Avaloq FL/AT
• Processing of outgoing payments in EBES (document entry system)
• Management of payment templates and entry of payrolls
• Recording of asset management fees
• Opening, mutation and deletion of standing orders
• Ordering of forms
• Contact person for general questions regarding payment transactions
   

Your profile

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge in the field of payment transactions is an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS-Office, ideally also Avaloq)
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Communicative, flexible and team-oriented personality
• Independent and accurate way of working as well as high self-motivation
