あなたのチャレンジ

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will support our managers and employees in the Private Banking units in all HR-related and strategic issues. You report to the Head of HR Liechtenstein/Switzerland and are part of the HR Business Partner team with the work location Bendern (FL). You will work closely with management and actively support the development and implementation of our HR strategy.

  • Strategic HR consulting in collaboration with management to support managers and employees in achieving business objectives
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to promote employee retention and development
  • Advice on organizational development and management of HR processes such as talent management, succession planning and compensation reviews
  • Actively supporting cultural development and strengthening the employer brand by promoting employee engagement, diversity and integration
  • Analyzing HR key figures and deriving measures for continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and internal guidelines
  • Working closely with other HR Competence Centers to ensure a consistent and integrated HR service offering

あなたのプロフィール

  • Degree in business administration or psychology, preferably with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in private banking/with front units
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, open mindset and team spirit
  • Innovative and forward-thinking with an affinity for the latest developments in HR
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR processes
  • Fluency in German and English
