Become a Senior Compliance Officer at LGT and be part of an outstanding team in Austria.   • Monitoring and Control:
  • Conducting measures for BWG compliance.
  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Changes:
  • Tracking legislative changes and implementing them.
  • Developing and implementing internal processes to adapt to new legal requirements.
  • Consulting and Support:
  • Clarifying regulatory issues and advising management as well as market and back-office units.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal departments and external partners on regulatory matters.
  • Complaint Management:
  • Coordinating and taking ownership of the complaints management system.
  • Analyzing complaints and developing measures to improve compliance processes.
  • Reporting:
  • Preparing and presenting regular compliance reports to internal and external parties.
  • Ensuring the documentation and traceability of all compliance activities.
  • Data Protection:
  • Clarifying and monitoring data protection issues.
  • Collaborating with the data protection officer to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaboration and Representation:
  • Working closely with other compliance functions (GWB, WAG CO) and collaborating with other locations of the LGT Group.
  • Representing the company in interest groups (especially banking associations, chambers of commerce).
  • Internal Policies:
  • Preparing and updating internal directives.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Training:
  • Planning and conducting training sessions on professional changes and new regulations.
  • Promoting awareness of compliance issues within the company.

あなたのプロフィール

  • Academic education with a focus on legal studies and further qualifications:
  • Completed studies in law, economics, or equivalent evidence of academic achievement
  • Additional certifications in compliance or data protection are advantageous.
  • Several years of professional work background:
  • At least 7 years' expertise in areas such as regulatory compliance, ideally in the financial sector.
  • Shown success in implementing and monitoring compliance programs.
  • Relevant legal expertise such as in-depth knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements (BWG, FM-GWG, WAG).
  • Familiarity with current developments in data protection (GDPR).
  • The following personal attributes complete your profile such as:
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of responsibility and integrity.
  • Proactive and approachable personality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
