As a Team Head Fund Reporting & Support, you will take on the following tasks:

• Leading a team of specialists in the area of Fund Reporting & Support, including coaching and developing team members
• Leading and/or participating in projects for the operational implementation of new funds and requirements (LGT and Private Label Funds);
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the area of fund reporting;
• Ensuring the timely preparation of annual and semi-annual reports for LGT and Private Label Funds;
• Implementing accounting requirements for the launch, merging, and closing of funds;
• Operational setup and active maintenance of master data for investment funds in various subsystems;
• Preparing periodic fee invoices for fund promoters;
• Data preparation for achieving tax transparency for investment funds in collaboration with external tax auditors;
• Calculating the maximum profit distribution (periodic payouts) for investment funds;
• Implementing and optimizing internal processes and systems to increase efficiency;
• Active exchange with internal departments such as management companies and custodians;
• Acting as a contact person for internal and external clients as well as auditors.

Your profile shows:

• Completed studies in finance, business administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams;
• Several years of professional experience in fund accounting, fund legal reporting, or a similar field;
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the fund sector;
• Knowledge in the area of private markets and semi-liquid products;
• Strong analytical skills and high quality awareness;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proficient in MS Office and high IT affinity;
• Fluent in German and English;
• Structured, independent, and precise working style, team player with a strong numerical flair (affinity for accounting).
