• Conduct trading process analysis with a focus on operational and compliance risks. Developing solution proposals for identified control gaps and supporting process and IT adjustments with the relevant stakeholders.
• Support the maintenance and development of the trading compliance framework.
• Close collaboration with stakeholders in trading, legal, compliance and other internal and external parties
• Ensure clearly defined competencies and responsibilities in Trading & Treasury by maintaining trading related directives.
• Ad hoc assessment of trading related risk & compliance issues
• Project work

• Sound knowledge of financial markets and financial products
• Experience as trader or in the trading middle- / back office of a bank is a benefit
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape for banks with focus on trading, private banking and/or asset management
• Get stuff done attitude
• IT interest and knowledge
• Good analytical skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex matters for any audience
